Only recently have I been able to actually drink gin again after about 35 years. The reason? I had a horrible experience at age 16, in a sand pit on a golf course with a bunch of friends and a bottle of Tanqueray. I’m sure you’ve had a similar experience and know what came next. Cut to 35 years later and FINALLY the smell doesn’t make me break out in a sweat anymore.
This recipe was made by a friend and at first, I was sure I wouldn’t care for it nor would I be able to stomach the gin BUT it’s an AMAZING cocktail! It’s light, effervescent, refreshing and DELISH.
Spring is here so why wait to whip up a pitcher, sit on the deck and sip your way to summer!
Ingredients:
- 10 large sprigs of tarragon
- 2 lemons, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. sugar

- 3/4 cup St-Germain (elder flower liqueur)
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 12-oz. can club soda
