Only recently have I been able to actually drink gin again after about 35 years. The reason? I had a horrible experience at age 16, in a sand pit on a golf course with a bunch of friends and a bottle of Tanqueray. I’m sure you’ve had a similar experience and know what came next. Cut to 35 years later and FINALLY the smell doesn’t make me break out in a sweat anymore.

This recipe was made by a friend and at first, I was sure I wouldn’t care for it nor would I be able to stomach the gin BUT it’s an AMAZING cocktail! It’s light, effervescent, refreshing and DELISH.

Spring is here so why wait to whip up a pitcher, sit on the deck and sip your way to summer!

Ingredients:

Muddle tarragon sprigs, lemon slices and sugar in a large pitcher. Add gin, St-Germain, lemon juice and club soda. Add ice and stir to combine. Serve over ice with additional lemon slices or tarragon sprigs for garnish.
